Dipper looks at Mabel, holding the time tape, and then back at Wendinella. “I can’t do it,” he says. “You’re everything I’ve ever wanted, Wendinella, but I belong in my own time! Where my friends and family are! And also running water and modern medicine!”
Dipper runs toward Mabel and Blendin.
A knight spots him and unsheathes his sword. “Halt!” he shouts.
Dipper jumps over the sword and tucks and rolls toward Mabel and Blendin. He grabs Mabel’s ankle. “Pull the tape! PULL THE TAPE!” he yells. Mabel pulls the tape and WHOOOSH, the trio flashes back to present-day Gravity Falls. They head into the Mystery Shack.
“Well, it was a difficult choice, but it was the right choice,” says Dipper, sighing. “Now I’m just gonna try not to think about it!”
Wendy walks into the Mystery Shack wearing a wedding dress.
“Hey, what’s up, dude? Check out this creepy old dress I found!” she says.
Dipper chokes back tears and runs outside.
“Whoa, what’s up with him?” she asks.
“Eh, we were just on this time adventure,” Mabel explains, “and he had a chance to marry this girl who looked and acted exactly like you and he turned it down. I think he’s really regretting it.”
“Whoa, I have a time doppelganger?” asks Wendy.
“Yeah, it was really eerie. Her name was Wendinella!” says Mabel. “Blargghhh.”
“Eww, gross,” says Wendy.
“Tell me about it,” says Mabel.
They sit there for a moment.
“Wanna use the time tape to go back in time and trade places with her, resulting in a series of wacky pranks and mix-ups?” asks Mabel.
“Absolutely!” says Wendy.
They team up with Blendin and pull the time tape.
